Last Friday's pub crawl 'smashed' the club record of just 3 venues making it to a grand number of 5! Hope you all enjoyed yourselves - see the blogs for all the gossip!

Next important event: Malham Cove day walk - 20th November
This Sunday's day walk is to Malham, an area of great natural beauty, including Janet’s Foss, Gordale Scar, Malham Tarn and the spectacular Malham Cove.

Unfortunately Malham is not easily accessible by public transport, so we will be organising transport through the Students' Union. Whilst an official sign-up is not necessary, we will need an idea of numbers, so if you think you'll be coming, please contact Martin (martin@leedsmetwalkingclub.co.uk). If you wake up Sunday desperate to come but without having contacted us, don't worry - we'll find space for you somewhere. The good news is that it'll only cost £1 for petrol costs (instead of the usual £3)!

This is a walk not to be missed...see you Sunday!

P.S. The guestmap is still only showing 17 members (well 16, Petal's on it twice!), where are you all?!!! The map is like a guestbook, except than rather than just signing your name and leaving a short message, you can stick a pin in the place you're from, with a few details about yourself. We have 77 members this year; what are you other 60 waiting for to place yourself?!
